Stunning period George I walnut chest of drawers The walnut chest is in two parts (this was common in the early days before the ease of carrying larger items to uptairs bedrooms through narrow stairways) This particular chests is crossbranded in walnut and more than likely from an area in Suffolk, England. Circa 1720.
