19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Whitewashed Dessert Buffet
About the Item
19th Century French Louis XVI Marble Top Whitewashed Dessert Buffet represents the apex of tailored design! Inspired by classical Greek and Roman architecture, it features a rectilinear design combined with rounded sides that eliminate sharp corners introduced into the traffic pattern of the room. The top is fitted with luxuriously veined marble that will provide carefree opulence, and which rests atop the upper casework fitted with a centered drawer and three cast bronze ring pulls mated with bronze shield mounts atop the front legs, providing timeless decorative ornamentation. The legs provide support to the middle and lower shelves, both of which are backed by a solid, framed panel, then fitted with tapered legs below adorned with bronze collars and tips. Painstakingly whitewashed by our professional in-house staff, its appearance is exceptionally versatile for formal, casual and modern decors alike!
