About the Item

By Bert England for Johnson Furniture, this long walnut sideboard cabinet has flush drawers over doors adorned with large brass filigree drop pulls. Additional drawers and storage space behind the doors in this base cabinet. As originally purchased, this unit comes with an upper walnut cabinet that is fronted with five-panels. Each of the panels have an inlay of white vinyl, which was considered a wondrous material fifty years ago, and used in high-end installations. The original white vinyl had been painted over due to yellowing, so it was replaced by identically textured white vinyl. Each of the upper panels have six-square decorative brass medallions.
