Chinese Qing Style Open Fretwork Kitchen Cabinet
About the Item
Magnificent Chinese two-piece kitchen cabinet featuring a carved lattice open fretwork cupboard case. Made in the Qing style from beautifully grained hardwood. The kitchen cabinet top has two doors with brass pulls that open to a three shelf storage area. The bottom section has two storage shelves and an open pot board shelf with a lattice bottom. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with intricate details and fretwork lattice design on three sides. Lovely aged patina on the wood finish. From an estate in Malibu, CA. This piece would also make an interesting bookcase or bar cabinet.
