A Chinese Qing dynasty period red lacquered cabinet from the 19th century, with gilt chinoiserie motifs and scalloped brass hardware. Created in China during the Qing dynasty, this cabinet captures our attention with its red lacquered finish perfectly adorned with gilt chinoiserie motifs such as butterflies, birds, red roses and scrolling foliage. Two doors open thanks to a scalloped medallion to reveal inner shelves, two drawers and a hidden compartment offering convenient storage opportunities. Raised on four straight legs with apron in the front, the cabinet showcases black side panels.
