Japanese Antique Drawer / Storage / Taisho Period WabiSabi

About the Item

This is an old small drawer in Japan. It was used to store small items such as sewing tools. Each has a different handle, and you can feel the playfulness. It seems to be from the Taisho period to the early Showa period. At the bottom of the drawer, a number written in ink is written on it. It has a black impression, but there is also a reddish-brown part where the paint has become thinner, and it has depth. I think the art-like expression created by the change over time is very valuable. Weight: 1.5kg
