18th Century German Commode
About the Item
Very attractive 18th century four drawer German Baroque marquetry Commode in Walnut with various woods on the floral and bird marquetry designed drawer fronts. Pine secondary case wood, string inlay design on the sides. All drawers are gliding smoothly in the case and open with a key. All of the drawer locks are intact and working. French polish surface with an excellent color and patina appears to be the original surface.
