The Piece: A sumptuously rich, flamed mahogany tallboy. Louis Philippe c.1860, this solid and heavy piece is topped in a charcoal black marble. Below sits a bank of 7 deep and wide, smoothly running drawers, operated with key. The drawers themselves are in excellent condition, perfect for storage. A rare piece in good condition. Care Instructions: Each one of our items has been cleaned, sanded, primed, painted/waxed and varnished using professional products. Restored to be used in homes, they are durable, but not indestructible. Do: Clean with a mild soap Handle your item carefully within the first 28 days, this is how long your beloved restorations take to cure fully Use our complimentary aftercare kit as per instructions Enjoy your new piece to its fullest Don't: Put in direct sunlight Use polish to clean Use creams, lotions, oils be it candles, diffusers or perfumes on or close to your item, this can dissolve the paint and stain the grain Delivery: All of our pieces are delivered to your room of choice by our helpful, friendly courier. Pieces are wrapped and strapped for protection in a one-man van. Should you require a two-man service, this can happily be arranged. Delivery can usually take place within a week if not sooner, dependent of where you are based. Returns: We aim to provide enough information and images upfront so that when your piece is in your home, you know exactly what you are getting. All of our items undergo a rigorous quality assurance process, on the rare occasion where you feel the need to return due to a fault, we will accept up to 14 days after delivery in its original condition. Any return costs will be paid for by the returner. A polite ask that you measure up first, taking into consideration any door frames and stairs that your item may need to be moved through as this is not a returnable reason.
