Mid century Scandinavian painted birch chest of drawers

About the Item

Mid century Scandinavian painted birch chest of drawers circa 1960. Fine example of Swedish modern furniture. Birch top with further birch elements such as the handles and feet, with a painted pine main body.  3 graduating drawers fitted with turned handles and metal key hole, standing on 4 cabriole legs. Original paint which was marked and stained has been removed and replaced with a winter grey chalk based paint, which provides and excellent contrast to the golden birch elements. Ideal for use in the bedroom or hallway. Fully restored in our workshop.
