Pair of 19th Century Victorian Period Bedside Chests in Birdseye Maple

About the Item

A superb quality pair of mid Victorian chest of drawers or bedside cabinets in birdseye maple and mahogany. The rectangular rounded corners tops in nicely figured light birdseye maple with canted edges above four graduated mahogany lined drawers with original finely turned wooden knobs. All sitting on enclosed plinth bases. In excellent order. Lovely warm colour and patina. Looking at the quality most probably made by Holland & Sons. Retaining the original finish with outstanding colour and birdseye maple figuring throughout. The dimensions are: Height: 76cm (29.9in) Width: 38cm (15.0in) Depth: 34cm (13.4in)
