Rare Narrow Antique English Geo.IV Inlaid Flame Mahogany 2 over 3 Chest of Dwrs

About the Item

This gorgeous Antique English inlaid flame or figured mahogany two over three Chest of Drawers is unusually narrow with no indication that it has ever been cut down in depth. This makes it a very useful chest in a hall or bedroom or living room where depth is important. I can't say I've ever seen one quite so narrow in depth! It has gorgeous flame or crotch mahogany that is inlays with satinwood. I have taken one of the top drawers out so one can see how narrow the drawer really is as well as various images from above showing the narrow depth. It is in pristine, age-appropriate condition. A definite "one off"!
