Circa 1850 antique Swedish Gustavian Grey White painted chest of drawers commode in gustavian style with classic Gustavian carved detail on the drawer fronts and leading edges.
They have pyramid feet, carved top edge and 3 drawers. The top drawer has a lovely carved motif
Classic Gustavian styling and the stunning grey white paint patina brings out all the decorative detailing - it has a plain back
The drawers have all the usual marks of age for a piece of this period and the drawer bottoms may contain old marks of use
It features 2 ornate brass rings pulls per full length drawer as you would expect of a piece of this period and 1 escutcheon per full length drawer.
The drawers have been treated against woodworm and structurally sound for daily use (carefully!)
