Mid-19th Century Oak Brass Bound Military/Campaign Chest with Secretaire Drawer


Mid-19th century brass bound campaign chest. The top half comprising four drawers including a folding secretaire with figured maple veneered interior drawers and maple banded green baize writing surface. There is a removable oak transit board to prevent the drawers falling out. Bramah London Patent lock with original key. The bottom half fitted with two drawers standing on threaded turned feet. Original condition throughout including the brass flush handles and carrying handles.
