Early 1800's English George III Style Drop Front Desk

About the Item

This early 19th century Georgian drop-front desk is reflective of an era when form and function paired beautifully to bring people amazing pieces. Made from gorgeous walnut this desk is comprised of 5 stacking drawers, constructed of oak, the top one being thinner profile, a drop front desk platform, fully fitted interior drawers and open nooks in the desk compartment and original brass hardware all on four ogee bracket feet. Beautiful coloring and patina overall. For those with a taste for 19th century English antiques, this would be a wonderful addition to a living room, study or den.
