Late Georgian mahogany longcase clock, the painted dial signed WM Coulson of North Shields, with spandrels emblematic of the four continents below an arch painted with wild boar. A finely figured case, crossbanded and string inlay with 8 day movement. (Movement signed by Beilby & Hawthorn, Newcastle), circa 1800.
