About the Item
Beautiful baroque secretary desk with finely mirror-cut oak veneer and walnut root veneer.
The desk is in two parts: the lower section has three drawers with a straight break-front and a slanted writing flap, behind which are numerous small drawers in oak.
Two pieces.
The upper section features a swan-neck pediment and a pair of doors with curved tops that follow the shape of the pediment.
Original locks and brass fittings.
Measurements H: 242 B: 115 D: 57 / 87 cm
Provenance: Danish manor house.
