About the Item

This so amazing cabinet with Secretaire of the 1950s is attributable to the design of Paolo Buffa. The external structure is refinished with glass dividers and parchment feet. Its aesthetic uniqueness is given by the central door decorated with a gorgeous bas-relief circle inlayed in precious birch rootwood, hiding an internal compartment organized as a Secretaire of exceptional workmanship since it was manufactured using precious birch wood. It’s striking at first sight for aesthetics and elegance and its functionality is immediately perceived thanks to many small storage spaces, both horizontal and vertical, that together with the two small drawers offers multiple opportunities to store and organize documents as much as personal items like keys, watches, and more. The cabinet is in very good conditions of the period, it has been fully restored recently and now it’s ready to use.
