‘Telefonkonsole’ (telephone console) wall-mounted shelf unit with pen stands.
Yellow lacquered formed plywood, metal fittings, chrome pen stands.

A super little shelf unit, originally for an old-fashioned telephone plus telephone books, but now also perfect as a phone charger location…
Good condition with some scrapes and chips to the paintwork, that could easily be touched-up.
This units is wall-hung. It requires basic screw with suitable wall-fixing method appropriate for the chosen wall location.
This shelf console unit is quite typical of the fun, pop-art influenced work that various manufacrturers were producing in Germany in the 60s, 70's and 80's. It is influenced by the work of European designers such as Verner Panton, Joe Colombo, Ettore Sottsass, etc.
