1948s Laminated Wood Sideboard Brevetti Porzi Lissone Italy Italian Design

About the Item

Italian sideboard signed Brevetti Porzi Lissone, 1948, in laminated wood with fine brass locks, satin finished black metal legs and brass feet adjustable in height. Measures: Width cm 234 - inches 92.12, height cm 133 - inches 52.36, depth cm 44 - inches 17.32. Good condition, it needs some restorations. This piece of furniture is entrusted to us for sale by a lady named Franca, today 89 years old, belonging to an ancient family from Piedmont, who lives in the Ticino valley about 40 km far from Milan. It was bought for her wedding in 1948. Not being able to travel the world, she would like at least that her furniture does it; she has enjoyed their companionship during a peaceful and happy marriage and for this reason she would like that now they make another family happy.
