About the Item
An Art Deco French 1940s oak sideboard with original solid marble top by Gaston Poisson. With two side swing out doors that reveal three curved shelves, each with lovely marquetry edge. The central cupboard also has a single marquetry edged shelf above two drawers. With original brass hinges, keys and escutcheons. The Art Deco design has lovely relief detailing with curved sides set on a raised plinth foot, all with a lovely natural oak patina and would make a great bar cabinet.
