About the Item
The Cuma cupboard was designed by Marc Sadler.
Storage unit suitable for the living-room and multifunctional spaces intended to draw attention to itself.
Cuma is a radical cupboard, and was meant to be a unique, almost sculptural piece. The domestic walnut tables are rough-cut, leaving the naturalness and uniqueness of the wooden boards intact, which is why no cupboard can ever be the same as another.
The piece of furniture comes in only one size. The outer part of the storage unit is solid domestic walnut while the core is multilayer Tanganyika walnut. Inside, the corn yellow colour plays down a certain solemnity of the whole, reinterpreting the values of the cupboard with a fluid and expressive aesthetic.
The ultra-matte finish is water-based paint, leaving the colour of the domestic walnut wood unchanged, with a natural, soft-touch effect.
The top has a walnut-stained, wax-effect finish.
