Chinese Pasture Sideboard, c. 1900
About the Item
Created in the style of Mongolian storage coffers, this early 20th-century herdsman's chest has a clean lined design with charming rustic appeal. The square corner cabinet is decorated with a simple carved apron and features three sets of double doors with metal loop handles that open to a large interior fitted with one continuous shelf. Ideal as a sideboard or credenza, this six-door cabinet enriches modern interiors with wabi-sabi texture and warm brown color.
