Art Deco sideboard veneered in Macassar, France, 1940s.
Fabulous French Art Deco high gloss lacquer exotic Macassar with two doors to the sides and two center glass shelves. Glass handles fixed on nickel suport.
Arched base feet shaped, with nickel metal protections. Interior with wooden shelves, the shelf border decorated in geometric inlaid parquetry detail.
Exceptional, clean design for an original item of the Art Deco period.
High glossy lacquer finish with normal signs of wear and time, the top and inside show some drying marks to the veneer, not disturbing. The top is protected with glass. Good overall condition. On request we can re-lacquer.
