French Brutalist Sideboard with Graphic Doors in Elm

About the Item

Sideboard, elm, France, 1970s This sideboard is a good example of excellent woodworking by virtue of the graphical designed doors adding a wonderful rhythmic and haptic surface to the front. Each door panel is asymmetrically structured with differently sized angular wooden panels. The hinges add another layer of visual interest and dimensionality. The elm material has an incredibly soft, visual texture. A diversity of storage facilities, such as shelves and drawers, are available.
