The Gold Graffiti Cabinet
The Gold Graffiti Cabinet is meticulously designed and handcrafted in our Toronto studio.
Constructed from solid core walnut for both the body and doors, this cabinet rests on a steel base with a matte black powder-coated finish, providing a striking contrast. The walnut wood is treated with a rich, warm stain to enhance its natural grain, creating a cohesive and sophisticated tone. The doors feature discreet push latches for seamless functionality. Inside, the cabinet is divided into three bays, each with an adjustable shelf to allow for versatile storage options.
The graffiti artwork, created by artist Murray Duncan, is an expressive blend of mixed media, sealed with a glossy resin finish for durability and vibrancy. The design offers the unique opportunity for clients to contribute personal words, which can be integrated into the artwork, adding a bespoke touch and making the piece even more meaningful.
