About the Item

A monumental sideboard cabinet in the style of Henning Kjaernulf, made of solid quarter sawn oak, the rays and checks in the wood really dance on the top of this piece. The oak provides great movement and an ode to true craftsmanship. plenty of storage, this piece can be used as an entertainment center, in a dining room or in an entryway for extra storage. Heavy details where needed, but not overdone, the design is simple yet elegant — the perfect embodiment of the Scandinavian. This cabinet would compliment pieces made by Gio Ponti, Edward Wormley, Vladimir Kagan, RobsJohn Gibbings, Harvey Probber Finn Juhl, Hans Wegner and others. Unsigned. Dimensions: 88.25”w 19.5”d x 36”h Condition: Good vintage condition. A lighter area to the top (looks like a water stain of some sort). Includes one key.
