This truly exceptional sideboard is from Italy, showcasing its excellence in composition, material use, and intricate detailing. The rectangular-shaped corpus is framed by a rim consisting of carved lines. The top is executed in birdseye maple with striking pattern resembling small, swirling eyes that disrupt the smooth lines of grains. In the creation of the door panels, birch burl has been skillfully employed, revealing an irregular pattern marked by subtle lines and stains. The base of the sideboard exhibits masterful craftsmanship, featuring smoothly contoured edges adorned with the same distinctive carvings, thus harmoniously unifying this remarkable piece.
