‘Librenza’ G-Plan Room Divider

About the Item

Mid-20th century modern 'Librenza' G-Plan room divider. - 'Librenza', a word combining both 'Library' and 'Credenza' into one which is reflected in the overall design and functionality. - With three ebonised shelves, two of which are adjustable and suspended in the centre on a brass frame. Giving that timeless 'floating' appearance. - Below this is a drop-down door, continuing the 'floating' style which allows access to a storage or writing nook with removable pigeonhole shelf. - To the foot of the item is a cupboard with sliding teak and ebonised board doors each adorned with brass 'cup' pulls, inside is a single shelf. -Stamped in gilt inside is the E Gomme, G-Plan mark. -Situated on an ebonised base and legs with adjustable feet. Useful in many living spaces and provides a variety of uses for many interior choices. A prime example of an item manufactured by G-Plan as part of their Tola and Black range.
