A good looking and well made and super decorative piece that has aged perfectly, it has been totally stripped and sanded back then waxed and polished, it is super smooth and has a golden glow to it
It is a a super traditional housekeepers sideboard and was made for the workers to be used everyday, it operates exactly as it did originally which is to say primitively
We have as mentioned stripped it back and polished it, there will be other normal age and use related patina marks all over as you would expect with a 160+ year old piece
