About the Item
Superb large Scandinavian sideboard. Plenty of storage space: four sliding doors with beautiful inlaid handles open onto an interior drawer on the left side (with a double interior drawer for cutlery) and, below, a narrower shelf for storing bottles (bar area).
In the middle, there is a very large, height-adjustable shelf, and three interior drawers on the right side, all adjustable in height.
The remarkable base of this piece of furniture, held in place by brass screws, is external, giving it an almost brutalist design. A rare piece of furniture of very high standing and superb craftsmanship.
Designer: Attributed to Finn Juhl.
Manufacturer: Distributed by Samcom.
Origin: Denmark.
Period: 1960
