About the Item

Vintage Art Deco Czech Sideboard in the Style of Jindřich Halabala – Mahogany & Pinewood A beautifully preserved, light-brown vintage sideboard crafted in the Art Deco style, attributed to the renowned Czech designer Jindřich Halabala. Made from mahogany and pinewood, this elegant cabinet showcases a refined design with distinctively rounded corners and rests on a gracefully scrolled wooden base. The façade features two doors adorned with polished, round wooden handles and striking diamond-shaped inlays that reflect the geometric motifs typical of the Art Deco period. Inside, the cabinet offers a practical arrangement of adjustable shelving and small compartments, retaining its original chrome hardware and functional key. The surface has been professionally refinished with a satin oil treatment, enhancing the warmth of the wood grain while preserving its natural character and patina. This timeless piece not only serves as a functional storage unit but also as a refined statement of early 20th-century design. Dimensions: Width: 128 cm Depth: 56 cm Height: 133 cm Condition: Good vintage condition, with gentle signs of age and use consistent with its era.
