About the Item

A sumptuous Art Déco sideboard, neoclassical, made in solid oak plated in Macassar ebony veneer on the outside, of Sycamore inside the doors, finished with elegant bronze elements, attributed to Jules Leleu, France 1930-1940. This beautiful furniture is characterized by its important dimensions hence an important presence, though the bronze line at the base, distinctive of Jules Leleu creations, makes it look lighter. Both sides and each of the four doors open to a shelf in solid oak, just like the interior of the furniture. The sideboard can be dismantled entirely, just like the majority of the creations by the cabinetmakers from Faubourg Saint Antoine of the period.
