About the Item
Mid-Century, floating wall mount credenza designed by Wim Wilson for Castelijn, 1964. Castelijn Meubelindustrie was founded in 1958 by Gerard Castelijn. Under his inspiring leadership, the company grew into a leading player on the furniture scene. This credenza has a black lacquered frame with aluminum sliding doors, white laminate interior, including shelving and a stack of three drawers on the left hand side. There is a square hole cut out of the back inside panel by the previous owner. In original condition with visible wear consistent with its age and use. There is another one available with blonde wood interior.
