Art Deco vitrine by Hubert Martin et Ploquin. Made of solid wood, very heavy, veneered in mahogany, beautiful unusual rounded shape, part of a complete dining room. Glass shelves and glass sliding doors. Good used condition, after an old restoration, with normal wear and signs of use, light scratches, easy to remove with a professional polish. Literature: Mobilier et Decoration No.12, December 1932, p.529 (similar design of a sideboard) Similar model, identical sideboard exhibited at Paris Autumn Salon 1932. Pair of armchairs, referenced model, available. Dimensions: Height 157 cm (5 ft. 1.8 in.) Width 90 cm (35.43 in.) Depth 45 cm (17.72 in.).
