19th Century German Mahogany Wardrobe ~ Linen Press

About the Item

19th Century German Mahogany Wardrobe ~ Linen Press will make the perfect addition to the bedroom or dining room, being equally adept at storing clothes or table linens. The casework is sized perfectly to house a family's entire collection of linens and keep things organized, with a cabinet above with pull out platforms to the three spacious exterior drawers of the casework below. Carved detail is a stylized rendition with naturalistic forms in a restrained expression of the Baroque with bas relief work on both door panels and each drawer facade, while the sides remain unadorned. Bronze key guards above exhibit fine detail, and complement the medallion style ring pulls of the drawers below. Corbel-style footed base completes the look. Circa 1870s Measures 71.5H x 52W x 25D
