- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: The surface of the outside of this armoire/cabinet has been cleaned with furniture feed and wax to protect the finish. Nothing more. It is in fair to good condition, and it is structurally sound and solid, quite beautiful.. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. This is a 100-year-old chest, and the condition issue is that it needs a new latch to close the doors. Other than this, it is in good condition. It presents very well. It features beautiful form. There is space for storage, so the function is great.
