Pine Armoire with Two Doors
About the Item
The wide crown of this handsome piece is built up with three tiers of molding including an attractive strip of reeding. The two overlay doors each house two raised panels, one tall above one shorter. The doors open on iron French style fiche hinges, about one hundred degrees to a low original shelf and a retrofitted removable hanging pole. The front corners feature a single wide flute with an applied split baluster and carved corbel above. Hand-polished to a warm honey glow.
