About the Item
19th century chippendale influenced mahogany card table, circa 1880.
A good quality card table strong in the chippendale taste. Shaped flip over top which is supported by swing back leg when open. Playing surface with 4 corner dishes and 4 genuine wells.
Supported on 4 cabriole legs with carving on the knee and standing on ball and claw feet.
Green playing baize is faded and ideally in knee of replacement, but is the original. Minor surface marks to woodwork.
