About the Item
This lovely Art Deco tile table was made especially for this antique Delft tile in the 1930s. The table is crafted with turned oak legs, which give it a beautiful touch. The area for the tiles was specially cut out so that they can be laid individually without glue. The tiles themselves are said to have come from an old Frisian house belonging to a captain, which was torn down in the 1920s. The descendants were so grateful for these valuable tiles that they had the table specially made for them. This table has so much character! It's like it has a soul. It's a piece of contemporary history. I'm so excited to tell you about this little table. It's small, exclusive, and has so much character. You can use it in so many ways!
