About the Item

Decorative Sheraton period fold over demilune card or games table i maple wood with walnut inlays. Features hand painted bell-drop flower decorations to the tapering front legs, folate and garlands to the apron, and a classical central landscape motif to the top. Back leg pulls out to provide support for the flip top games surface covered with black felt. When opened up the table has an oval shape (92.5x113). Original condition, carefully restored. England approx. 1800-1820
