An Austrian Biedermeier period walnut center table from the mid 19th century, with butterfly veneered top, tripod base and scrolling feet. Created in Austria during the Biedermeier period in the second quarter of the 19th century, this center table features a circular top adorned with an exquisite butterfly veneered top sitting above three straight tapering legs. These legs are coming to rest on a in-curving tripartite base mounted on petite scrolling feet. With its clean lines, handsome décor and blond color, this Austrian Biedermeier period walnut center table circa 1840 will bring a touch of unpretentious elegance to any home, particularly placed in a living room or foyer.
