Fine Antique English Banker’s Table
About the Item
Classic Antique Bankers Table with embossed mottled brown leather top, handsome Mahogany wood with a bold turned support surmounting a Tripod base with flat bun feet. With four real drawers and four false front drawers, the drawers in hardwood with quarter round doweling and dove-tail construction.
The Table of good size and suitable as a Center Table.
Measures 47.75” diameter by 30.5” high.
Condition: Restoration for missing veneer recommended. Please see detail photos. Age-related wear includes a few missing round wood key escutcheons, a veneer loss to the base tripod, sporadic edge nicks, veneer loss and some wear and old staining to the leather which does not detract from the stately presentation.
