1950's Two Tier Cocktail Table in Style of Ico Parisi
About the Item

Dramatic vintage bi-level coffee table in the style of Ico and Luisa Parisi.
Finely constructed of mahogany hardwood and veneer, both tiers feature upswept ends and are supported by strikingly elegant tapered legs which stand on dainty solid brass dog-bone sabots.
Listed separately we have the matching pair of side and step-end tables.
Although this design is clearly Italian inspired I believe it was actually made in the USA and possibly designed by William Hinn for Gordon's Furniture. See attached ad which shows a similar design but without the double ball sabots.
