A rare brutalist bronze and glass top round coffee table by German designer Lothar Klute. This coffee table features a forged bronze frame with three tapered legs, textured bubble glass top, and square bronze feet. A gorgeous geometric design in etched into the taupe hued bubble glass. We believe that this coffee table was likely a custom design. Germany, 1980s.
Lothar Klute is a German designer from the late 20th Century who is well known for his elegant Brutalist furniture designs. Often combining forged bronze and glass, his style is unique with a focus on high quality craftsmanship. Throughout Lothar Klute’s career, he worked directly with many high end clients to design custom made, one of a kind pieces.
