French 19th Century Applewood Coffee Table
About the Item
Antique French coffee table, circa 1870, handmade from applewood. The planks of the top feature handsome grain patterns which commingle with the water rings and patina from over a century of use. Within the apron is a single drawer, opened by an embossed metal bin pull of scrolling design. Small square dowels are visible where the legs join the apron as another confirmation of the historic charm Cleaned and polished with a paste wax, this antique table is ready for its new home.
