Vintage early 1980's cocktail table in sculpted 2 inch thick lucite, signed by Jeffrey Bigelow '83.
Per the original literature: "The PL1 Parallelogram represents, what Bigelow refers to as his departure form "the second dimension into the third." What he intended with this comment was that until the parallelogram series his designs were conceived in two planes only and extended downward in the height dimensions to create the third dimension (height). It is at this point in time that Bigelow demonstrates a new form of sophistication in his growth as a designer and craftsman."
