August Abode, is a Los Angeles-based bespoke furnishings & wallpaper line founded by interior designer Stefani Stein. The line is inspired by a love of travel and juxtaposition. Elements such as an architectural detail on a 200 year old building, a garden encountered during her travels, or the movement of the sea on sunny afternoon might find their way into the details of her designs. Embracing an edited and uncluttered approach, the designs, materials and hues are infused with Stein's signature relaxed and refined take on interiors. Modernist details, classical materials and historical references meld in understated yet unexpected pieces.
