Handcrafted in the Mid-20th Century, this Chinese low table is beautifully lacquered in black and hand-painted with parcel-gilt. The intricately rendered design on the surface depicts a panoramic courtyard scene with mountains in the distance. The curled lines of the landscape are echoed as borders on the skirt and legs. With its exquisite craftsmanship, this low table will be an artful centerpiece in your home. Dimensions: 46 in. width 23 in. depth 17.5 in. height Condition notes: In good and sound condition with general wear that's consistent with the table's age and use, including some minor separation at the seam on the center panel and surface scuffs.
