About the Item

Coloma, in California, is renowned for being the scene where James W. Marshall first found gold in the Sierra Nevada, at Sutter’s Mill in 1848, leading to the California Gold Rush. The polished brass detail embracing the main structure of the Coloma Sideboard reflects our inspiration in the Gold Rush and consequently Coloma, where all this story started. The structure of this stunning piece features three American wood drawers, combined with two grey Kenzo marble doors. Inside the modern Coloma Sideboard, the smoked glass shelves contrast with the wood structure. The top of the modern Coloma Sideboard is supported by American wood and polished brass feet, turning the Coloma Sideboard into a mesmerizing contemporary furniture piece to any luxurious space. Coloma Sideboard was designed by Porustudio and is part of the Casegoods Collection.

21st Century Shinto Sideboard, Ash and Marble, Made in Italy by Hebanon
Located in Nocera Superiore, Campania
Immerse yourself in the magic of Shinto, a capsule collection that evokes the profound symbols of Japanese Shinto culture: the embracing circle, the nourishing rice, the illuminating sun, the fan whispering harmony and mystery, the enchanting deer, and the purifying salt. The capsule explores ancient Japanese woodworking and stone crafting techniques and reinterprets them according to the craftsmanship of the master cabinetmakers of Hebanon Fratelli Basile - 1830. Touch the naturalness of the grains, admire the technical and artisanal mastery, and the refined details, and participate in the game that reveals and conceals ancient stories. Shinto recreates a symbolic and intuitive language, merging past and present, from ancient Herculaneum to Japanese traditions, awakening a sense of familiarity and connection with cultures from around the world. Features Wooden case in blockboard veneered in black ash, interiors veneered in black ash; internal shelves in glass or black ash on request. Wooden doors with colored glass, legs in black ash and Taj Mahal marble
