About the Item
An exaggerated serpentine shaped wall console in the Venetian manner in cream paint with gilt details. The frieze with a gilt ruffled center motif. Raised on tall scrolled legs with gilt edges and peg feet. The top painted in a fine faux yellow marble.
Dimensions:W. 31", Depth 11 3/4", H.32 3/4"
Condition: Please see detail photos. Distressed. Various signs of abe including, paint losses, wear to the gilt and painted finish, nicks and chips to the frame while retaining a fine ange patina and a unique and very decorative presentation.
